As of 1 July 2010, all ACT practitioners who hold a current practising certificate must, during each CPD year complete mandatory continuing professional development (MCPD) by completing a course that must include at least one (1) MCPD unit in each of the following core areas:

• Practice Management and Business Skills
• Professional Skills
