How do I book a seminar?
You can book a seminar online if you have a credit card. Simply search for the seminar you are interested in, add to cart, add attendee and follow prompts. If you have a registration form please fax it to 02 9387 8711 or post it to Legalwise Seminars PO Box 971 Bondi Junction NSW 2029. Or phone us on 02 9387 8133 and speak to any of our team members.

I want to pay for my seminar by cheque, how do I do this?
Post your booking form with cheque to Legalwise Seminars PO Box 971 Bondi Junction NSW 2029. Don’t forget to include your email address so we can email you the tax invoice and seminar details

I want to book into a seminar but need a Tax Invoice before I can pay for it. Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Phone us on 02 9387 8133 and ask for a registration form to be emailed to you. Complete the form and fax it to 02 9387 8711. We will then raise an invoice which we will email to you showing Balance Due and the payment methods accepted.

What are the details of your early bird price?
The early bird price and free paper offer is only available until Friday, 23 December 2011. To receive this offer all registrations must be booked and paid for by close of business on Friday, 23 December 2011. You may register for any CPD Compliance seminar and attend any other half-day seminar valued at $450 or less (with the exception of those seminars running on the same date and time) for the total price of $792, a saving of $108. This offer expires close of business 30 March, 2012.
 

What are the details of the 3rd registration free offer in Canberra in 2012?
Book and pay for any one or more persons for any 2 seminars or greater or equal value and receive the third seminar registration free. The free 3rd seminar registration can only be of equal or lesser value than the other 2 seminar registrations singularly. All seminars must be purchased in the same transaction.

I am attending a seminar, what do I need to bring with me?
Materials and pens are provided. Morning or afternoon tea is included. We do recommend bringing a jacket as we cannot always control the temperature in the room.
 

Am I able to cancel or transfer my registration?

If you are unable to attend a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Please notify our office with their details. Alternatively, a transfer to a future event or credit for future use is available at no extra charge provided notice is given, in writing at least 24 hours before the event. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for all events when a refund is requested less than 3 full working days prior to the date of the event. Regrettably no refunds or credits will be available if notice is given of non-attendance less than 24 hours prior to the start of the event. All costs include GST. Please advise changes by email to accounts@legalwiseseminars.com.au.

 
What does my registration for a half day seminar include?
A comprehensive set of materials, refreshments on arrival along with morning and/ or afternoon tea.

I am interested in an audio recording. What is the format of the recording?
The format of the audio file(s) is MP3 and the accompanying PowerPoint/or paper from each presenter is Adobe Acrobat PDF. All files are burnt to CD and posted to you, ready for you to listen and view at your convenience. To search and order audio recordings click here.

I wish to update my details (eg changed company, moved, new email address etc), what is the best way to let you know of my new details?
There are a number of ways to update your details

Privacy policy
The information you provide is collected for the purpose of processing your registrations, past paper orders. A list of delegate names, firm and position is provided to all program panel members to ensure that our programs are best suited to our delegates’ needs. Legalwise Seminars will also provide you with offers and information by post, email and telephone if we think they are relevant to you. Legalwise Seminars does not forward your information to third parties. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please send an email and provide us with your name, company and address so we can easily identify you on our records.

To comply with all mandatory CLE/CPD audit requirements, should we be requested for information, your registration and attendance details will be supplied to the state law society or the Legal Practice Board of Australia.

Legalwise Seminars Pty Ltd retains the right to vary the program to deal with unforeseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or rescheduling a program and changing speakers or content if occasion obliges it to do so.

 
What does my registration for the 7th Annual Water Symposium include?
A comprehensive set of materials, lunch, refreshments on arrival along with morning and/ or afternoon tea and networking cocktail drinks at the conclusion of the Symposium.

What ways can I earn my CPD/CLE points through Legalwise Seminars?
You can earn you CPD/ CLE points through attending one of our many seminars. Alternatively you can may earn some of your points through purchasing and listening to our audio recordings. To understand how many points you can earn from audio recordings click here.

If a particular program is relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional development and practice of law, you may claim one MCLE/ CPD/ MCPD point for each hour of attendance excluding refreshment breaks.

I cannot attend a seminar but would like to purchase the papers. How can I do this?
We cannot guarantee if the papers from the seminar will be available for purchase till approximately 2 weeks after the seminar. So, please call us on 02 9387 8133 approx 2 weeks after the seminar and we will advise if the paper is available. Alternatively email us at info@legalwiseseminars.com.au 2 weeks after the seminar.
