Booking and payment
You can book a seminar online if you have a credit card. Simply: 1. Search for the seminar you are interested 2. Select 'Add to cart' - located at the end of the page 3. Select 'Add attendee details' 4. Complete your details and select 'Submit' 5. Review your booking and select 'Checkout' 6. Enter your payment details and select 'Continue to review order(s)' 7. Review your order and payment details and select 'Submit Order' 8. Your confirmation of order will appear. This will also be sent in an email to the address entered. If you have a registration form please fax it to 02 9387 8711 or post it to Legalwise Seminars PO Box 971 Bondi Junction NSW 1355. Or phone us on 02 9387 8133 and speak to any of our team members.
Post your Registration Form with your cheque to Legalwise Seminars PO Box 971 Bondi Junction NSW 1355. Don’t forget to include your email address so we can email you the tax invoice and seminar details.
Yes, this is possible. There are two possible methods - 1. Phone us on 02 9387 8133 and we can process your registration over the phone, raise an invoice and have this emailed to you. 2. You can complete a registration form and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org attaching your form and request an invoice.
Seminar materials, pens and notepads are provided a each session. We do recommend bringing a jacket as we cannot always control the temperature in the room. Morning and/or afternoon tea is also included in your registration fee.
You may nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your stead at any time without charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you notify us in writing more than 5 working days prior to the event you can cancel with no charge and receive a full refund/credit. If you notify us in writing 3 to 5 working days prior to the date of the event then you will be charged an administration fee of $ 75 for a half day, $ 150 for a full day conference. With the remaining balance you may choose to: i. Obtain a credit for future use (valid for 24 months and cannot be exchanged for a refund) ii. Transfer to another seminar/conference in any format and pay the difference. Any cancellations 2 working days or less before the event you will be charged the full fee and no refund/credit will be issued. TRANSFER POLICY: Transfers more than 5 working days prior to the event are allowed without any charge. For all transfers 5 working days or less prior to an event, an administration charge of $ 75 half day/$ 150 full day seminar/conference will apply. Exceptions: For any transfer between live online and the recording of the same seminar/conference then no administration fee will be charged. ACCREDITATION: If any program is relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional development and practice of law, you may claim one CPD point for each hour of attendance excluding refreshment breaks, or to the maximum permitted by the Rules governing your admission and practice in the state in which you are admitted. PROGRAM VARIATION: Legalwise Seminars Pty Ltd retains the right to vary the program to deal with unforeseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or rescheduling the conference and changing speakers or content if the occasion obliges it to do so and to alter the package inclusions in the event of circumstances outside their control. PRIVACY: Legalwise Seminars Pty Ltd protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By completing this form, you agree to the use of your personal information by Legalwise Seminars Pty Ltd: to process your registration or enquiry, to contact you about products, services and events, and for internal purposes. A list providing only the delegates’ name, job title and company are provided to all presenters prior to the event. Legalwise Seminars Pty Ltd does not at any time pass your information on to external companies. You may request to gain access to any of your personal information that we have collected. LIVE WEB SEMINARS: Live web seminars and seminar recordings prices are per person only. They are not to be distributed or for group viewings. Please note live web seminars and seminar recordings may be cancelled due to low numbers. If cancelled, we will offer the Face-to-Face option, a transfer to another seminar or a full refund. Attending seminars face-to-face/online + CPD points
A set of seminar materials, which includes all documentation submitted by our speaking team. Refreshments on arrival along with morning and/ or afternoon tea.
We run live web seminars and seminar recordings. Live web seminars mean that you watch a seminar as it occurs live. You are simply emailed a set of log in details and you can sit in the comfort of your office or home and watch. An on-demand recording allows you to watch a previous recorded seminar at any time, anywhere, at your own leisure. Both of these formats include a complete set of seminar materials. Live online seminars and seminar recordings prices are per person viewing only. They may not be distributed to another person nor may they be used for group viewings. Please note Legalwise Seminars intends to run live online seminars and seminar recordings as advertised but reserves the right to change the programs without notice and to cancel if there are insufficient registrations. If cancelled, we will offer the Face-to-Face option, a transfer to another seminar or a full refund.

We cannot guarantee if the papers from the seminar will be available for purchase till approximately 2 weeks after the seminar. If there is a paper you are interested in please call us on 02 9387 8133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
While most Legalwise Seminars events run like clockwork, we do retain the right to vary the program to deal with unforeseen circumstances. This includes cancelling or rescheduling a program, changing speakers or content, or moving presentation times around due to the needs of presenters.
If it is a past recording, you will receive the link within 24-48 hours. If the seminar hasn’t happened yet then you will receive it 24-48 hours after the seminar has occurred.
