All refunds must be requested in writing. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for all half-day seminars. No refunds will be made within 3 days of the half-day seminar. A cancellation fee of $200 will apply to all one day conferences and $250 for all two day conferences. No refunds can be made less than 15 days before the conference. You may nominate a replacement at any time.
