Commercial Building Disclosure Scheme

With the passing of the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Bill in June 2010, the disclosure requirements under the Commercial Building Disclosure scheme will commence around October 2010.
Building owners and lessors will be required to disclose an up-to-date Building Energy Efficiency Certificate when they sell, lease or sublease office space of more than 2,000 square metres.
This presentation will provide an overview of the scheme and how it will affect those involved in the commercial office sector including building owners, managers, tenants and agents.
